Annamaria is a Research Assistant at the University of Pisa. She received her Doctorate in Business Studies in April 2015 at the University of Udine, Department of Economics and Statistics, with a thesis entitled “Bridging the gap between Social Media Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility”. Her main research interests are: internal and external communication of Corporate Social Responsibility with a focus on the adoption of Social Media. She is specialised in the use of qualitative techniques. During her PhD, she has been a visiting scholar at the CSR Center of Copenhagen Business School.
She does content analyses on CSR reports and other qualitative analyses and manages qualitative datasets.
